The slowest part of paying people is getting their payment information. inflow does the collecting: every payee gets a secure account where they choose how to get paid — and your payments wait for them, not the other way around.
A welcome email, not a form attachment
When you pay someone new, inflow creates their account and sends a welcome email with a secure sign-in link. No passwords to invent, no PDFs to print — they click, they're in.
Passwordless and secure by default
Sign-in is by email link. Payment details are encrypted, sign-in activity is monitored, and payees can only ever see their own information.
They pick, payments release
In their account, payees choose a payout method from the options you allow — bank transfer, PayPal, or check — and any payments you've already sent release automatically.
Tax forms in the same motion
W-9 and W8-BEN collection happens alongside payment details, so by the time someone is paid you're already covered for reporting season. More on tax compliance →
