- How secure is inflow?
- Payment details and personal information are encrypted, sign-in is passwordless (secure email links), and we monitor sign-in activity for anything suspicious. You may rest assured your details are safe and secure.
- How long will it take to receive my payment?
- Depending on your payout method, it can take from 2–7 business days.
- What payout methods are available?
- US bank accounts (ACH), PayPal, and mailed checks (US and Canada). The organisation paying you chooses which of these options it offers.
- My payment failed — what happened?
- Payments usually fail because of incorrect payout details. Update your details in your account and the payment can be retried.
- I was told I'd be paid but can't see anything — where is it?
- Check the email address the organisation used to pay you: your account and sign-in link are sent there. If you use several addresses, sign in with the one the payer has on file.
